I was at JD today and want to buy school shoes for my son. The staff were very unfriendly. I speak to the manager to complain and the manager was an unexperienced Asian man who didn't know how to talk to customers. He said they were very busy which is why they were unfriendly he can?t manage,i don?t understand if he can?t manage leave the job ,he never be a well-trained manager..they are big companies and don't care what happens in these branches. I'm sorry, I would advise everyone to avoid these branch? never again ?????

Last week we went to Hayes branch and found bit hard to get help instantly. After waited good 20 mins I got assistance, I asked for my son's shoes size he took the size and never came back with what I want and when I asked he simply said oh I forgot no sorry no offered other help if I need .so not a good experience this time team JD

Absolutely terrible experience at JD Sports Hayes. The manager has no respect for her staff at all. I witnessed her shouting at them over the radio in front of customers, which was completely unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. She was even threatening to keep the store open late as a punishment, which is unacceptable.
You can tell the staff are under a lot of pressure because of the way they?re treated, and it really shows in the atmosphere of the store. Instead of creating a positive environment, the manager seems more interested in intimidation and control. Honestly, the way the staff are spoken to here is shocking, no one should have to work under that kind of treatment.
I won?t be coming back to this store and would recommend others shop elsewhere until the management changes

Actually impressed with service on this visit. Very helpful young man who got trainer sizes from stock and also gave advice about sizing, big him up, I didn't get his name ? quick check out service. Overall very happy with the shopping experience

20+ people in queue, 15 20 people working but only 2 on tills both doing refunds. I only wanted to collect my click and collect parcel but had to wait 25 mins, this was supposed to be easier option but ended up waiting longgg....

I went today in store to buy some shoes for my little cousin and asked them for a specific shoe they told me to go to the counter where I waited and they told me come back in 10 - 15 minutes which I did and they bought the wrong size then I told them about it and they told me to wait they will find the right size I wanted for another 20 minutes and they told me they are still searching for it I waited another 15 minutes and still no shoes and by the way the store closing time was also had been reached and at that point I just left the store, the only reason I am giving a 2 star is cause at least they where polite about it but the service was not on point.

Very bad service for half hour have to wait for long I don?t understand why they can?t give service well . Rather better closing store very unpleasant customer service. Sorry to say the other store in Uxbridge was better .
