Last week we went to Hayes branch and found bit hard to get help instantly. After waited good 20 mins I got assistance, I asked for my son's shoes size he took the size and never came back with what I want and when I asked he simply said oh I forgot no sorry no offered other help if I need .so not a good experience this... read full comment

Absolutely terrible experience at JD Sports Hayes. The manager has no respect for her staff at all. I witnessed her shouting at them over the radio in front of customers, which was completely unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch.
