The bank was not busy and the cash/cheque machines were working well. There was a member of staff who was ready to serve me immediately. She ordered me a new card as I had an issue with the app.I'm thankful to have a branch nearby. Thank you.

very rude and Dodgy customer service !!!!! they took my full information and my national insurance number , they said they will call me , but they didn't , lady name is SONIA be aware after two weeks waiting didn't get any phone call as she promise she acted she didn't know me when i revisit the branch, i was like i spend 1 hour with you to open my account .same day after she denied meeting me she done two hard credit search with out my consent , hard credit search only done if you applying for mortgage or loan not student account . very disgusting ,very bad people be aware , i am honest hard working person , some people should get trained people like SONIA HAYES HSBC BRANCH .very bad customer service .HSBC i am so disappointed

Never Visit this branch as this is one of the uttermost branch which does not have enough technology or staff to give you the perfect banking experience.staff productivity is less as they roam around keeping the clients wait.went three times for account opening 2 times server down 3rd time 2 hours waiting eventhough i had a an online application with reference.Feels like Hsbc going Bankrupt.The wording from the manager was we dont serve you.

HSBC Hayes has best team for customer satisfaction. I went today to open my account it was very quick and fast .Ms Jatinder was very professional and ready to assist all my concerns .She is very professional and understandingI will recommend this branch to everyone if you need customer satisfaction she will assit you with all your concernsThanks

Awful bank staff on site not helpful, worse on 'phone wait 30 mins still no answer go to branch cannot help you!!Thankfully branch now closed so Ealing Broadway is nearest same problem there, rude dismissive staff, looking now to move to another bank entirely

Their customer service was bad , not so helpful. The manager and a few staff look as if they were busy but actually they took more time to do something else than serving customer. Did not try their best to help customers to sort out their problem. They acted like robots!

HSBC management required to address branch service level. Out of 10 peoples including me not a single customer was happy with service level. I wouldn't have given even a single star but no option available. Staff needs to be send on customer value training.

Very very disrespectful and uneducated the staff dont know how to read or follow instructions or even communicate and rude unprofessional they. Make sure you complain to the head of HsBC regarding this branch. Its like they have been forced to work.
