One of the worst H&Ms I?ve ever been to. SOOO messy, unorganised and waited to be served in tills for 15 people. Huge queue and only one person serving. Will be avoiding this H&M!

I had a fantastic shopping experience at H&M in Hayes! The customer service was outstanding?staff were friendly, helpful, and made my visit enjoyable. I?ll definitely be returning.

Went in today and wanted to try something on but the fitting rooms were closed even though they are meant to close in one hour. I decided to try and go in anyways as I couldn?t believe it was closed so quick and immediately two staff members came telling me to back off as they?ve already cleaned the fitting rooms and I can?t use them. Last time I was there it was 20 mins before closing and I could understand why they were closed but come on? an hour before is ridiculous. When I told them that there?s still loads of time they just gave a dirty look and walked away. Great customer service.

A mess no flow to different items of clothing 3 different spots for joggers the same cut an fabric 2 different price that's when you can see the price it's tucked away and if the item hanging up you have to dig around to find the size and price probably why looks like a flash mob radied the place day I went 2pm on a Thursday
