I go there once every other week to redeem my octopus energy free drink, but unlike Nero cafe where you get a large hot chocolate in Greggs you only get a regular hot chocolate and it's not as tasty as Nero cafe.
Wheelchair accessibility: In my local town Hayes ub3 it's wheelchair accessible but in the Brighton branch there was a big step to the entrance.

I see nothing wrong with it, these workers do a great job at serving. It's my go to Greggs everytime!

Got food poisoning from there sausage rolls the 4 pack it's happened before with these sausage rolls I didn't think it would happen again. Won't be eating at this greggs again

I went there today for the first timeAnd the lady worked was so rude to me and she also gave me food without heating. Now when I am home the food is like my soul is rejecting it. Very bad

Went in there this morning to grab breakfast. Asked for a stake bake and when I finished paying. The staff give me a cold stake bake, when I said why is it cold she said the rest is in the oven. I don?t want cold stake bake and you should advise the customers if it?s not warm.

I have bad experience with them today I have order cheese sandwichesI was shocked when I realised it?s Ham sandwich I went back to ask them how this happen ? Their manager came to apologise about matter she was kind and gentle she offer me to take new one but unfortunately all sandwiches got same mistake all of them was Ham I hope not to see these kind of mistakes
