Ordered a battery online and all I had to do was pay and collect !
Why did I wait almost 30 minutes for someone to bring it out to me after asking after 20 mins !
I think they don't understand the word click and collect ????
Rubbish customer service !

Second time in one month I called to check on availability of the part and was told it's in and when turned up at the shop was told they don't stock it. Very unreliable customer service.

It's not the first experience here. Bought staff online, which is supposed to be around 5 pieces on stock . After a 10 queue being told to wait and after another 15 minutes wait apparently the part is not in there and he can refund or I need to return another day.
No apology or anything else. He didn't seem to care much about my waisted time ... I will definitely avoid this branch !!!

It?s taking too long in the queues so I would highly recommend if they can have more staff on the front counter.
It took me 1 hour in the queue it was never like this before what happened to Euro Car Parts

Checked online parts in stock.
Drove 30 mins. Waited 30 mins in the queue, then told parts misplaced not available. if you order will get it for you.

This is the worst Euro car parts in England. Rude customer service . I'm always being given the wrong parts or the parts are not in and I've already paid for them . Avoid like the plague .

Im at the shop at 8:20 and it?s not even open yet?. Was told it I was too early as it wasn?t 8, and showed the staff the time, I had to call the line for the manager to say he will call his staff as he is in Wembley to open the shop .

Bad service, always take ages to answer calls

Always a long queue and one person serving. If you ask for more tills to be managed they say there is no one available when there's about 20people in the back having a laugh and casual chats. You can hear all the chatting and laughing while standing in the queue.
