Today I visited the branch Heathrow north and was so disappointed with heat in the store there was no air conditioner I felt sick standing in the queue it?s disgusting. I felt so sorry for the stuff that had to put up working in the store with no air conditioning this needs to be reported as it health and safety concerns specially for the stuff. I tried calling the head office and no one answered the phone.
