The staff were very welcoming. We were attended by Aman where he kindly helped with the mattress test. Afterwards he then showed us several different designs of mattresses from the results also including a range of prices. He listened to what we were saying and accommodated to our requirements. Once we had chosen what we preferred he then explained in full about mattress care and options. He was very courteous and offered us a drink.
Have always gone to dreams for our mattresses and also purchased our beds from there. Very good experience.

We visited the Dream Hayes to get the bed person who served us his name is Prince he is such a great guy as my husband and myself we both disabled my husband have diabetes his slugger level was low prince made cup of coffee for him bless him and help us to choose the bed for us very happy with them 28 years ago I bought a the bed from Dream it?s very good but need smaller bed very good quality thanks to dream staff

Umar was a great help today in helping to find the right mattress that would suit me due to my back injury. He was very patient, highly professional and very easy to talk to. He gave us personal space to make our own decision, we did not feel he was forcing a sale. You could tell he was an expert in this field and knew what he was talking about. Thank you Umar we left the store as very happy customer.

After checking so many online mattresses and reading opinion I decide to check in shop. Prince was looking after us. We used many options. Check the machine for matching mattress and finally i choose one. Delivery was great. Unfortunately we had to change date for delivery and was no problem to do that. I just love my mattress. In the evening I am just looking reason to go earlier to bed, eg reading book.

Exceptional customer service, on entering the Hayes store Kishan approached both of us with a smile, asked if we wanted assistance without being pushy or overwhelming. After making us a cup off coffee guided us through the information we needed to make the appropriate choices. He was proffessional, warm and freindly.

We came to Dreams to look for a mattress and had a great experience thanks to Umar. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish?guiding us through the different mattresses we liked and taking us to the Sleepmatch system to find the best fit. He gave us all the information we needed, answered our questions clearly, and gave us space when we wanted to think and do a bit of research ourselves, which we really appreciated. He also offered us water and was especially respectful and kind towards my mum, which meant a lot. Overall, we?re really happy with the service and ended up finding a mattress we love. Had a wonderful experience shopping at Dreams Hayes. The staff was very courteous and they not only helped us with choosing the right bed and mattress as per our need but also made sure to stay back late even after the closing hours just to make sure we do not hurry with the decision making and make the right choice. A special shout out to Gunveen and James for making the shopping experience memorable.
