Do not order any appliances for home with installation with Curry?s! We ordered a hob with installation from their engineers, and on the day of installation (7am in the morning) the engineer came inside, said it would not fit and left. I enquired with customer service who were not helpful at all, as the dimensions etc fit perfectly. I then ordered with AO, and they fitted the same appliance within 20 minutes. Do not bother ordering and fitting appliances with Curry?s, their team are lazy and do not want to fit it into your home! Poor customer service and we got our refund

They were so rude, not gud Customers Service. They need to train their staff more. I wen to Argos across d road n v polite n definitely v gud Customers Service.

This is the worst currys i ever been customer service is so nice that i just dont want to go there again and spend my hard worked money in that store staff is so good they dont know half off the things just to get one laptop i had to go between 4 diffrent staff members and most of the things are not in stock but yeah some display stock look nice in store but if u get that product is not sure

I walked in Curry's in Hayes in Lombardy Retail Park and was looking for a fitbit watch and no one had a clue about there product. Also no staff is available or they are too busy playing with phones. I walked out from the store and was disgusted with their customer service. What happened to Curry's customer service, they had a very good service back in the days and very helpful. ????

An easy 5 star rating for Arun from Hayes curry?s! Exceptional service! Came into the store to buy a fridge freezer, Arun was very informative and gave his honest opinion on which one I should buy. Was helpful from start to finish and went above and beyond to help me use my perkbox vouchers! I appreciate him! X

Buy online or at another branch.Unhelpful staff are all over the place on their phones or chatting during work hours.I asked for help twice from different staff members, and despite pretending to work, they just ignored me, leaving me and walking off with the excuse of finding someone else to help me.

Customer service helpless, don't go there unless you are Indian. They ignore you ....treated us as criminals just becouse we bring broken coffee machine still covered by insurance. NOT RECOMMENDEDS. Ruislip much better and friendly.

A very nice shop which is always very busy. I went to this store because the West Drayton store has closed down.I had bought a television set at this store with insurance but unfortunately after about 10 months the television started to malfunction. I don't know what it was so I decided to return the set. Initially to exchange it as my insurance policy was still effective. I was entitled to a new television set in exchange.Currys have a tremendous range of products which includes television sets. So I couldn't decide which new set to purchase. So I left the shop with a Gift Voucher. Which will give me 12 months to decide what to exchange it for. I probably won't get a brand new television set. Because I think that they are a bit too complicated. I don't really watch very much television either.But a big thank you to the shop staff who were very helpful, friendly and kind.

Went to purchase a MacBook, received absolutely no help from staff constantly asking to wait 10 mins and that a ?colleague? was coming to help whilst other staff stood around engaged in personal conversations. Apple laptop?s on display are old models and none of them functioning. Waste of time

This new(ish) CURRYS has been open for about 9 months and is a very good tech shop it has 2 floors one for the laptops, phones, iPads, tvs and the till. The 2nd floor has your normal house appliances like fridge freezer washing machine air fryers ovens dryers irons steamer cookers and a lot more, it has replaced the CURRYS in between hayes and southall and these Black Friday sales have been amazing The staff are every where to insure you get the best customer service and I definitely recommend this amazing tech shop for you.

Do not use this branch. Wanted a new large tv, a printer and other bits and bobs for Christmas. Staff were huddled together playing on their phones and laughing. When we approached them they pointedly turned their backs on us and carried on clowning around. Ignorant rude and completely unacceptable. After trying to get some assistance for the best part of half an hour we left with our blood boiling. Will not be back.

Not only is the store incredibly hard to navigate but a member of staff offered to help before leaving me and walking off with the excuse of finding someone else to help me. I saw her walking around and helping other customers instead and someone else had to help me out. That same member of staff who walked off later got her manager who stopped me after I paid for my product and demanded they see my receipt. Their tone was completely rude and they further harassed me asking why I didn?t buy any of their add-ons when I didn?t need them. Horrible attitude from the staff, I can see why they have such bad reviews

Absolutely mortified with the experience, staff are to busy engaged with there own conversations, no structure or accountability from the manager Kevin(I think that?s what his name was) full of excuses, was too busy selling guarantees.What was so surprising was the amount of staff present on the shop floor that were not assisting customers it seemed like a high school playground.I wasn?t going to go in to the branch but had to because of the finance agreement I had set up online to show identification.The manager and staff need to realise that the reason there have the jobs are because of the public?s buying power and revenue generated from this pays their salaries.I will be writing to the CEO in regards to the concerns I witnessed in store.The manger has the responsibility of setting clear expectations of how the store is run.Would not recommend the Store in Hayes.
