The cheese and beans toastie was only toasted on one side and soggy on the other side. I spoke to a member of staff, who indicated that their standard practice is to only toast toasties on one side. She agreed to toast the other side for me. It was then a perfectly pleasant toastie.
I find it quite peculiar that they think it's normal for a toastie to only be toasted on one side. I don't know if this is standard Costa practice or just this branch.
Husband and daughter had tuna melts which would have also benefited from toasting on the other side, but less important due to different bread

My best coffee shop

This is a chain of coffee restaurants. They sell different types of coffee and frozen drinks. Their prices range from being used in the store to taking away. If you take out, there are cheaper discounts.
The location is very good, just outside the supermarket, so if you want to buy some food or coffee before going to the supermarket, you can go here. The store provides restrooms, but you need to ask the staff for the key to open it. The store feels very big because there is one outside Parking lot so very convenient.
It's worth a reminder. I don't know if it was a hot day when I came here, but they didn't turn on the AC. It was really hot. In addition, the staff's service attitude was very good and worth recommending.
For the price, their coffee is really worth trying.
Parking: Because it shares a parking lot with a supermarket, remember that there are time limits and it is not free around the clock.
Kid-friendliness: There are a lot of juices on sale that kids will love.
Wheelchair accessibility: Customers in wheelchairs can sit in the outside space

?Went to the Costa Coffee in Hayes , the staff were really friendly, specially Gorav .
The coffee was great and really well made, nice clean store and everyone seemed to be friendly including the customers, very chatty.
I will definitely go back in the future.?

I just visited this place for a coffee with my friend. We ordered latte and I made sure the till person knows I needed soya milk in it being lactose intolerant however, with the way I suffered after that, makes it evident that soya milk wasn't used at all. I just had to go through stomach aches after that and ofcourse the resultant diarrhoea follows it. So, never visiting again. Thanks for such a pathetic service.

Very rushed. My usual barista wasn't there. I asked for hot milk and was given a tiny pot of cold milk with a luke warm americano. The toastie was barely warm. It's nice when you go out and spend quite a large amount on a pretty basic meal to be served properly

From when they renovate absolutely atrocious. The place is much smaller there are no outside tables and generally looking like a canteen rather then a coffee shop . Hope that renovation was done for free because if they actually paid for it then they paid for having them shop massacred . Whomever I know and was a regular customer complaint about it . The other problem is that the new staff members are so much far as a quality from the old team this place used to be good and I used to go there every day but no more now too many bad decisions one after the other from the management and mark my word this place will not survive much longer
