Hi,
This place was my go to place 6 years ago. But unfortunately things must have changed. The staff was screaming at everybody including me. Very rude and sarcastic & noticed they even made racist remarks. I noticed that they treated black people differently than white people. And that woman got yelled at while men received a more professional service. It was shocking to say the least. People who say that they have a nice experience. Maybe you should sit there for a minute and observe what they are doing! The people at the desk at unprofessional, discriminatory and lack basic services skills. Is this the type of people Costa Coffee is hiring. Making us customers uncomfortable for ordering a cup of coffee.
The Manager at Costa Coffee Hays should be made aware of this and that place needs an inspection from the head office.
It?s against legislation to hire people who discriminate the customers and yell at them.
I hope nobody ever experiences what I have witnessed there.

I visited in this costa last friday?and i ordered babycino for my baby first ..And the girl her name is meena prepared milk which is already heated?As i know because she didn?t put any other milk just 2 second she heat up the milk ..after that she used skim milk for babycino as standard is semiskimed milk ?No any bye nothing ..

My wife was waiting for me in Costa on Hayes as we had planned to have a coffee together. She waited for just 3 minutes without ordering anything because she was waiting for me, but she was asked to leave for not making a purchase. Even after explaining that she was waiting for me, the staff still insisted that she had to leave. Very rude service ? I do not recommend this place!

McDonald is McDonald. I brought a quick coffee thru my 90 min journey as it was really cheap. The coffee is okay, what do u expect from £1.40 tho.

Me and husband ordered a Large Capuccino from this costa and my husband paid for it.
When i came back from loo, the two girls present where arguing with my Husband that we had ordered Large Chai Latte. I said to them that my husband doesnot like Chai Latte and I would never order it for him, and that they got the order wrong.
For which both of them went, "Vo jhutti hai",
Which meant "she is a liar". The faces they made, my GOD.
We felt so bad, having paid for what we ordered, informed them to have a good day and walked out empty handed.
I would never go back to this outlet of Costa ever again.

I had a hot chocolate and the cream tasted a little off, but I drank it anyway. It poisoned me and now I am suffering. Overall, I loved the staff.

I visited the Costa at Hayes High Street.The staff were friendly and welcoming. The barista was on spot and fast brewing the coffee.A great service.

Amazing staff. Very friendly and such a good service every time I visit. Such a nice manager who helps the colleagues all the time. Knows my order by heart every time I visit the store. Keep it up guys.

Yesterday i went to the Costa Coffee with my family the staff they were not so welcoming!
I asked for the bathroom code that I want to take the boy and he told me once, you quickly said please give me a receipt because I don't remember it and I distorted a girl's face! And then you wrote it on a letter! Meanwhile we were drinking there, we were not from the way! And a day ago they didn't behave so well!!!! They have no respect for the customers!

Very questionable service.
Staff seem to be very unexperienced and not knowing what they are doing.
One member of staff started swiping and mopping one hour before closing, which is unacceptable.
Quality of drinks could be better
