Used to be a good shop. Not now though the shelves are half empty and untidy. There is always a queue. Today I went in and waited at the till and there was no one there to serve me, another lady had to walk round the shop to find someone to serve us. The prices are high which I would not mind if the shop and service were good, but they are not. They seem to be short staffed

Why do visor down helmet wearers stand in the shop right next to the till?!! Looks like a robbery! Uncover the windows & let in some light. Not easy to get around aisles so narrow. Great products generally but overpriced.

I was just looking at other people reviews after ordering fee thngs from co-op through uber. And surprisingly they did same to as written in the reviews they missed half of the items i order. And i paid more then half amount. I?m so disappointed with this service. I will not recommend this store. Either never will say to order online. It?s disgusting

WORST customer service ever. i presented them with a valid coupon and they started questioning my very existence and bombarded me with so much questions. they didn?t accept my coupon and raised the price to higher than it was meant to be. the woman called her manager and said ?the coupon went through should i accept it?. disgusting racist people

Small local store always well stocked! All the staff members are friendly but Magdalena/Maggie is one the friendliest, politest and positive people I have ever met. She always has a smile on her face and asks you how's your day going! A true asset to the store!

I have now ordered from this co op a couple times on Deliveroo and I have to say it is shocking how many items have just been missed or not included on orders. Really bad job Co Op - do better?

Ordered an Uber delivery over half the order was wrong, no comms from store prior to delivery to inform me, Uber driver did not make me aware either. Have tried to contact the store phone just rings out!

I am a regular customer at this store. Usually I am very happy with their customer service. However, recently I have noticed that one of the team member was arranging the pastries section with her bare hands. I love to have nice fresh croissant in the morning but this puts me off.
