Wouldn?t rate them with any stars. They replaced the carers I had through my mental health care team. The carer I had turned up when she wanted and not when she was supposed to come. She had no form of Identification. I called their office and they apologised and said it would all be sorted but nothing changed and I called them again and they were rude so I stopped them coming and they were meant to be looking after me now so thought I?d give them the benefit of the doubt but they haven?t changed one bit and I would rather cope on my own than have them again.

Very Happy overall with the carers of our Aunt..... sometimes been little confusion but have found that a call to the office sorts everything out quickly.

I will rate this outstanding.City homecare looking after my uncle, the carers are very good and caring, any concern managers sort it out straight away, I will rate this agency to outstanding. Also they look after their carers.I will recommend to other clients. John Alex

Run away from this agency!!went there to register,had all my documents plus filled in application!5 months later no job!!Very unprofessionalI came to your agency in January before the covid 19 lockdown startedStop lying, the agency is very biased and only gives jobs to other Somalians
