Had such a good experience here. Amazing customer service by Yuvi. i was in such a rush as i had 6 minutes to get to the station but still needed a present bag and card. I was in and out of there in 2 minutes with a lovely bag and the perfect card for my friend, which she totally loved; all thanks to Yuvi, who very quickly knew perfectly what card/bag i needed and knew i had to get it quickly. Really appreciate your help - highly recommend this store

Staff can be a little grumpy and items can be overpriced. They do run out of helium - so you can by the balloons but can't always get them blown up there.Otherwise the place is decent and you can often find what you're looking for.

My daughters 5th birthday is tomorrow & the man called YUVI was a BIG HELP! I forgot I was meant to collect my items that I paid for the day before and he called me so I didn?t forget before store closing hours. That?s what I call top customer service I?ll definitely be back. Cheers geeza.
