Sukh. Genius! Absolutely 10* for her only! Shes amazing. So helpful, no messing about unlike other places who are more worried about how and when will I pay! Sukh was so helpful. I have been going there for a while now and have recommended them to my family and friends too. The gentleman at reception( sorry i dont know the name) he's very welcoming too. All done with love and care while staying professional.

I recently went for an eyesight checkup at [boots optician ], it was a very positive experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and the appointment started on time. The optometrist was thorough in conducting various tests and took the time to explain each step and the results clearly.
I appreciated how they used up-to-date equipment, which made the process quick and comfortable. They also answered all my questions patiently.
I?m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this place for anyone needing an eye exam.specially thanks to (?Dr. Nuha hagos?)

Had a contact lenses appointment the 22nd May. Was told contact lenses would be in about 1 week. Left it over 2/3 weeks passed and I called to check on the arrival of trial lenses to be told they will only arrive the very end of July. No one called to say such a delay. Left me without any option to wear contact lenses for a big occasion the end of June. I don't think they have a system of updating clients and there was no plan b offered besides wait this 2 months. I will not go back there.

Extremely Disappointed ? Completely Unreachable in Emergency
I am absolutely appalled by the level of service at Boots Opticians in Hayes. I tried calling six times (02/06/2025) during a very urgent eye-related emergency, and not once did anyone answer the phone. For a healthcare-related service, especially one dealing with vision and potentially serious issues, this is completely unacceptable.
In situations where immediate assistance is crucial, being ignored or unable to reach someone can have serious consequences. There was no option to leave a message, no redirection, and clearly no regard for customer care or emergencies. I expected better from a national brand like Boots, but sadly, this branch has completely let me down.
If you value your time, peace of mind, and most importantly your health, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. This kind of neglect is not just inconvenient ? it?s dangerous.

The Optician explained everything in great detail. I have cataract & other eye issues.
You can comfortably ask questions & get answers regarding the health of your eyes.
The Optician has a very friendly manner when advising you with all the available options. Sukh has a great deal of knowledge in her field & is very down to earth.
Reception Staff are also friendly & helpful.
Highly recommend this Practice.

Had an appointment for my children this morning but when attended the appointment they claimed to have called half an hour ago to make a cancellation but there was no call or message . It was frustrating to have brought my children all this way for nothing

Cannot fault these opticians whatsoever. Awais who conducted my eye rest was very thorough and explained everything clearly. I was also served by Bhav who was extremely helpful and patient in helping me choose my new pair of glasses. Highly recommended.

I found it disgraceful. I wanted to use my old lenses but I?ve got told that it will cost me more to use my old lenses then buy new ones it still cost me £304 for one set of lenses and that was the cheapest
