Honestly the worst Boots branch ever!!! I can?t get my medication during my lunch break as they shut for lunch, this is not an office this is a high stress business (pharmacy) should not shut for lunch.I am going to write to the local council and Boots HQ.

I leave my prescription letter with them on Friday and on Monday I waited there for 45 minutes as they went inside for vaccination..If they have shortage of staff they should hire..pathetic service

Staff is friendly. I have been going to this pharmacy for the past 10 years. Its odd that every time i go, the medicine is never available. The queues are too long and not enough seating area to wait for your prescription. They always seem to be on a break or not enough staff to serve the amount of customers they have. Waiting time is too long. Hopefully they can stock up on common medications that are usually prescribed.

The staff are nice but i take my medicine from there and the first time they did not gave me my repeat paper and i had to miss my dose and in second time almost was gonna happend again if i did not ask for the repeat paper so thats a problem

We went there to get some consultation The ladyseemed to busy to help patients but was more interested in finalizing her paperworks she had in her hand for royal mail. The staff is not helpful at all they didn't give a Damm about anyone walking into their store. They are only doing this job so they can get paid and keep livelihood but don't know.what customer service actually means and have never heard about going that extra mile. I have been to some of Boots stores in Wembley and Harrow and Even up in Yorkshire and Manchester they are all so well run. Staff is the real difference there, the way they greet, the way they talk, they way they ask questions to help nothing can be seen at this Boots in Hayes. Extremely Poor service I won't recommended anyone to go here please save you time and fuel.
