Before reaching this store. I tried B&M website, customer care to find out about the product availability but no use, i tried calling their respective stores as well but no use. As they don't know the product availability. I must visit a store to find if thats available or not.In the store, I believe i spoke with a person named nazia or something similar. I asked for help to find the soup maker and showed a reference picture from b&m website, she took me to a aisle, and said no stock. When I asked if she can help me out in finding the nearby store, she said she can't as b&m don't maintain such data. And i asked if she can mail them or some way to check the nearby store... suddenly, during the conversation, she pointed out and said the item is there and i could see at least 5 in stock. If only she missed it, I would have trusted her word for it and left the store and would have been spending hours to find out. This is not a complaint against the employee.It is B&M who should make necessary changes to their decade old strategy and work on customer needs.If it is in tesco, all we need is what product in looking for, any employee can guide you where exactly the product is... They check immediately on their app, and will guide which aisle and where the product is placed.B&M should be working on the changes immediately.
