More staff than customers. Long wait at the till. Slow cashier with no interaction to customers. Moved to self check out, where assistant unhelpful and freaking out about a customers placid dog.

Order goes missing, undelivered on specified date and they don?t reply. Keep tossing the request between their internal departments. Its been a week neither parcel is delivered not they are refunding my money. No update via email or phone.

Great experience today. Not really a DIY person but was helped by a lady called Heba. She spent a good 20 minutes with us picking out a shower cubicle, sink and toilet. She seemed to be a manager and could of quite easily passed us onto another attender but helped us directly. Her knowledge and determination was apparent. Truly greatful to her.

Staff all have an attitude and are completely useless when you ask them for help. The interaction I had was specifically with the store managers Rebecca and Bassi, and Sindy working at the till. Apparently there are trade point policies but from our experience this changes from morning to afternoon and between each member of staff so clearly the managers need to do a better job at training their team rather than making their incompetence the problem of the customer.

Would of been 5 stars if it weren't for one server. Another server had to come and help me as the first one was getting a little rude over returning a product which I had only brought an hour earlier (from the same lady who was rude).

Rude staff, at least 3 of them i met when i went for shopping, worse one could be the duty manager for that evening, A___i as he claimed as his name. First there was a disputed conversation with staff inside then i realise manger was worst and no wonder why staff behaved in such a way. They need to re-train on providing good customer service.

Bought a chainsaw and it stopped working and was within the 2weeks process and was told anything between 90 days will be able to return. The manager extremely unhelpful and rude. Will not be buying any products from B&Q. They really in customer service and returns.

Very helpful and its a perfect place to get all DIY stuffs under one roof. It also gets us to think more creative and out of box

Order a product online. This B&Q dispatched it and decided it didn't feel like delivering it because parking wasn't convenient!Also didn't bother calling me despite messages stating that the driver will call 30 minutes before delivery.
