Out of date stock, no stock rotation, rude staff and just witnessed someone walking out with stolen items, the alarm went off and security did nothing!

Had a massive issue with meat purchased over two weeks. Week 1 - chicken thighs in date. After opening getting ready to prepare I noticed the chicken was very sticky / slimy and had a strong odour of fish.
Week 2 - pork shoulder joint in date. Again after opening the joint it didn?t have its usual smell but had a very strong sour smell which did go away.
Both had to be disposed of.
Very disappointed with the quality.

they don?t have staff to pack item of delivery i waited there for 30 mints and after that they told me that it will tack more time and when i asked them how much more time they where like they don?t know how much more time will it take

Empty shelves, clothing stewn around and full shelfs messy and untidy.Out of date food,lazy and rude staff who get annoyed if you interrupt their conversation to ask for help.Never shopping here again.

Britain has classes all over the place. The supermarket is one of them, but they say it is lower than the cheapest Aldi store. Since it's not a wealthy neighborhood, there are almost no expensive items. So, I bought things that were common to the places I visited anyway and items that overlap with the top marts. This place is open 24 hours a day on weekdays and closes at 10pm on weekends.

No signs what-so-ever to aid you where to drive in to reach the car park so you end up going around and around till you give up and drive through the petrol station. Sandwiches are not inside but only outside so have to queue twice...

Very rude male on checkout, basically chucked my shopping at me, didn't want to scan vouchers and just a rude person. Customer services were no better when I went to complain. Completed the online review and heard nothing back. Very very poor.

Watch out as they gave me an out-of-date cake for some reason. Like why put it out on the store Floor if you know it's out of date? I advise families to check before eating anything that they buy from there or they will eat some outdated food. If they can't help the stores and stop this from happening what do you think Asda will become, come on stop giving out outdated stuff you know about to anyone who shops in the store. This is why they need to change and stop being lazy to keep giving food that could lead to ppl having illness.
This is another store that doesn't care about customers and the money it's making them I believe in my opinion.
Ps this has happened twice already.
I'm not a bot I'm a real user's also if Asda employees read this stop giving you customers reasons to get I'll form you outdated food you sell to customers.
