Awful bloke behind counter today.. shouting thank you at foreigners who didn?t say thank you ? I?m as English as the day is long ?and your side kick ignored me when I said thank you ?not sure how above others you think you are working at Travis Perkins? shouldn?t be shouting at people trying to buy things ? couldn?t be less intimating and you work in Travis Perkins so I wouldn?t pipe up too much.. the way whoever that bloke was on the till talks to members of the public is absolutely shocking ? literally shouting at people who have come in to buy products but slightly lack the English language .. if you don?t like economic migrants don?t work in a builders depot in London.. sorry times are changing when you go on your all inclusive budget holiday to magaluf I bet you don?t order your beer in Spanish

Customer service is disgusting at this branch, had an appointment to collect wood for custom fencing Robin shut the gate in my face and deliberately ignored the advanced calls i made to inform them im late, the workers don't want to work they just want the hourly wage for floating around and street attitude from staff no wonder its queen's Park branch

Some of the best customer service I've received in a long time, Lovely group of staff very friendly and approachable easy to talk to and they knew the answers to all my questions. Amazing delivery time and turned up on site before my workers so i have nothing to say but thank you and I will definitely be back! Brilliant service and quality of materials was perfect. For a first time customer I am over the moon with my experience in this branch.

When to this supplier to day, I think the yard people are forced to work there, they really don't want to be there, I started to get served, the guy lost interest and when off, I only wanted two slabs, the guy never returned, ended up loading up on my own, went into the office and paid,

I had the pleasure of meeting Bernie what a prime example customer service I honestly have been to all of the tps around London and I have never received that top class service which I received from Bernie if management are reading this please hire this guy as a trainer for customer service normally I aviod going to Travis Perkins because of the poor customer service but honestly Bernie changed my mind and will be using this branch more because of him top man! keep up the hard work ?
