I needed some nuts and bolts that had been lost. I brought a few for reference today to find a replacement. The lady at the counter was very helpful, kind and patient, she found the most similar items available to my references and they all fit! The best service I have had at a hardware store ever!

We were there close to closing time but the young chap at the counter was happily helping us find what we were looking for. He looked tired but still smiled politely. Sorry we did not get his name. He is so nice and polite.

The lady and gentleman who served me this evening were very helpful and had excellent knowledge of the products. They were very patient with my questions and found the exact paint and brushes I needed. Will definitely be back again
