Whenever I go to shop at Park Royal I always get happy when Varshika serves me , when I buy paint she always offers roller set or paint brushes, when I buy cable she always offers clips, and when something is out of stock she always offers alternatives or to order for next day. She gives excellent service and always helpful and friendly. Excellent and experienced staff at toolstation. Will definitely recommend her to other customers.

I went in tool station today, and what a excellent service I received, I was dealt with a young friendly assistant ZENA, she was so helpful and professional, she answered every question that was thrown at her (bless), very knowledgeable about the products and services provided by toolstation.I will definitely be going back there again and I assure you will get an amazing customer experience from their staff especially ZENA. ??? ? recommendable.
