No cafe. Costa machine out of cups & milk. No scan as you shop. 4 checkouts open on a Saturday before mothersday. Ridiculous queues at all checkouts including self scan. Never again! Thank god I was only visiting & this is not my local store.

The store itself is great and the staff lovely.
but the doors and carparks are flooded with homeless people and it gets a little uncomfortable.
the people collecting the trolls outside has a massive speaker and is blasting afro beats music and it's quite aggressive.
people park where ever they want on the entrance and stop you from getting past.
as I say the store itself is great and big but it's the area itself that's quite bad

Toilets this evening are absolutely disgusting they smell the floor is soaking wet. Lots of checkouts closed as per usual with long queues down every aisle.....just what I needed after a day's work, seriously need to consider shopping elsewhere

Visited the customer toilets today. The smell approaching the toilets was disgusting. Those toilets need a good clean. The condition is so bad there are flies in the cubicles. Terrible hygiene considering it?s Nextdoor to the Nando?s restaurant.

Got to be the worst tesco's in London! Staff are slow, bored, indifferent, lazy, incompetent and rude. I've worked in retail a long time. I understand its not always an easy job. But this place is simply the worst! Don't waste your time going in there, its just not worth the aggravation!

NEVER SHOPPING IN ANY TESCO EVER AGAIN.
I remember when this Tesco Metro opened, it was just called Tesco then, more than 30 years ago! Over the years they have changed it alot, especially by adding cash machines, subway and nandos. It's a really convenient place to shop. There is a large carpark and local busses stop right on the premises which is helpful to locals. They cater alot for different types of people. The main attraction is the addition of Indian foods and halal meat. This has made their market be larger and more people inclined to shop here. Indian shopping used to be a chore but is easier with this Tesco now. Not sure on the prices though, sometimes it's cheaper sometimes not. It has a petrol station too.

Worst Shopping experience. Stood in a queue for over 45mins as there were only two tills operating on a busy Friday. Customers were going crazy asking for more tills to open but the staff could not care less. More security staff than check out staff absolute disgrace. Clearly whoever's is managing that store needs to look at how their staffing resources are being managed.

Customer service is very poor, an item had gone mouldy whilst in date and in my fridge, I returned it to the store for the sloppy Indian guy to tell me that we don?t know how you stored it and refused to refund the item and waited for the supervisor who told him to refund it. I also had a poor experience when returning a faulty cat toy which had broken immediately after the first use and was a safety concern, and was refused a refund, I called customer service who honoured their policy, don?t really shop here anymore as the competition offers better, don?t need to travel to a remote location for such poor service.

Rude staff, unhelpful? Always long queues at self check outs and staff do nothing to help!
I would go as far as this is the worse Tesco I?ve shopped in ENGLAND!! The fruit and veg selection always looks tired and a couple of days old or the shelves are empty. Most of the fresh produce I?ve brought from this store lasts at the most 2-3 days before it?s off or some cases mouldy.
The other fresh produce fridges (meat,dairy,etc) are unorganised, messy definitely not kept at the right temperature for the products in them and again always empty and for a extra store the variety is poor!! In one case you could see black mould with in the refrigerator unit.
I?ve brought ?fresh? bread from the bakery and again it?s the worse I?ve had from any Tesco store previously.
If you ask me there are more issues than that are obvious to the eye here and one major issue is the fridges in the store room are being kept at the correct temperature. The biggest problem is the staff are rude, don?t care and this needs
to go higher management and head office!

7Useless Management Team recently visited and they got the stock which was sitting back side in warehouse,nobody wanted to bring for the customer. Shiftleaders are most useless and not helpful, just make group and do talks instead of working. Customer service uncle should learn to ne patient and listener,Tesco should focus and get rid of these rubish. Thanks to lady 1 of colleague. Who answer perfectly.
