A pleasant 2 night stay. Very friendly customer service when checking in. Clean, modern and spacious room, we loved the options with the room lighting. This hotel is like 2nd home to me when I’m coming to London. Thx to manager Michael he always make sure that my stay will be 5 star! All other stuff are super friendly. Thank you guys for quick check in and check out

The rooms could be cleaned a bit better and they are not sound proof. But I will still give 5 stars because Mike at the bar was so nice and made me a pot of tea when I was feeling under the weather. He also makes great cocktails once I was feeling better. He was the best part of my stay
