Bought 5 items from screwfix parkroyal branch. Same day I went there for return / exchange .but staff / store manager not agree with me . He said this product is not from screwfix. How is it possible. How I can explain him ..all 5 stickers are same with screwfix catalog number mentioned on it. Still he not agree with me . End of conversation he said me it's used by me ...Even I called customer services he mentioned them as all items are uses that's why I can't return or refund.I been other wembley store .explain all things. They take my items back and give me full refund aswellNot any single question.Store manager need training for this way.****

I have been buying material , tools, and parts from the majority @ Park Royal branch .I am mostly busy during working hours and return items in the evening in good time before they close to avoid waiting but a few times, I turn up at the last minute . What I found amazing about the evening staff, especially Rhianna, is that she is always ready to help and checks items and processes my refund supported by Akeem. The morning staff are also very helpful.It?s been long overdue to write this review and I am sure I will return to this space to tell the world how true Customer Care was delivered @ Park royal by Rhianna and other members of staff . 10/10 score ! due to their utter kind customer care, it?s compelling me to share my evening samosa with them ! I must say they love samosa and Saves the Tomatoes by not having tomato catchup ! ??
