They sell fake merchandise. Not officially licensed products. Counterfeit goods for example the swan filters they sell are fakes.

Ordered a large tin of Quality Street via Amazon and received a tin 17 months out of date with mould on the inside. There was a no return policy with this item and when we informed them they denied they were theirs and wouldn?t refund the cost. Suggest no one should buy from this company again. Now to go through Amazon and Trading Standards.

Why are you selling Dettol for 9.99 nowadays when it is available at Sainsbury and many other retailers for less then a 5 pounds. Unethical standards, please buy Dettol from any other retailer who charge 50 per cent less. Google the price and judging by the review they have been doing this for a long time. Best thing is to get their details from companies house uk and do not buy from them. Very greedy when people have no money. Still over charging ?
