I've been going to College Road stores and pot-office for years. The post-mistress is kindness itself and always welcomes me with a smile. She is highly efficient. I can't understand the negative reviews here. Not my experience at all.

Tried to send a parcel that was wrapped but needed a little more tape and I had ran out. Really rude lady unwilling to help people and offer a single piece of her ?personal cello tape? awful customer service and will never use again.

If I could give it no stars I would. The staff are rude, unhelpful and extremely unpleasant to deal with. I wouldn?t bother using them - go 2 minute drive or 7 minute walk to the one in Kensal Rise.

Bought 3 postal bags from behind the other counter, wrapped my items, got to the front of the queue after 30 mins and the lady said I needed to wrap them tighter or she wouldn't send them, but she didn't have tape so I'd need to buy some from the other counter. Went and bought tape from the other counter, queued for another 45 minutes because the guy in front of me had 7 large boxes that weren't taped, she insisted he tape them at the counter USING HER TAPE which took ages, then I got to the front of the queue again and she said she'd only send 1 at a time and I'd need to go to the back of the queue at the end of each time and queue for another half hour each time! The guy in front of me had literally just sent 7 boxes, and she patiently waited as he wrapped them all at the counter, telling him not to worry! Outrageous.

Lovely little shop and post office really has all you need but not a working cash machine and you can?t get cash out at this post office if on Monzo but for everything else it?s ok and also they still sell plastic straws here if like me they?re a must and not easy to find anymore

The staff in this post office really know their stuff. They are expedient and pleasant to deal with despite working under pressure. If the counter is busy you can get stamps from the till in the shop. I use them frequently and have done for years. It looks like some reviewers have been in once on a busy day and gained a different perception, but they are mistaken. This P.O. is a big asset to the community.

Unbelievable bad service. There was a long queue of people with parcels taking 10 mins per person and just wanted to buy a stamp. I walked to the top of the queue and asked if she could quickly sell me a stamp. and post woman said no i must wait in the queue like everyone else who all had packages. There is a shop in the post office who sell post bags and stationary and don't even sell stamps. Post woman is awful and shouldn't be there, she's rude with no people skills. This is worse than a 3rd world country! There's not even a vending machine to buy a stamp. Even the local shops don't sell stamps in the area.

The lady in charge is unkind and unwelcoming ? i was in a queue but at 13.33 with mo manner she said i am closed now for lunch i explained kindle i d driwen 15 minites to ger there i dint live in the area?i ve been going there for years never been a pleasant or welcoming experience. I have spolen to a few other people going there we all Share the same opinion abiut this place ? if she olny was a bit better mannered and kind? i hope they ll replace her soonThis will vlbe the last time if you can avoid this unpleasant experience

The lady behind the counter always has a bad attitude. I had a parcel where the email said I didn?t have to print off a label, and when I told her this her response was so rude and told me that I was wrong before she?s worked her a long time and if I had an issue go to her boss. It was so unnecessary, please don?t be in a customer facing role if you can?t politely communicate a problem.
