A joke. They sent me away saying they do not support the digital passport service even after I showed the service is advertised on their web. They just don't care, awful service.

Today is 2nd November 2020 we are at the end of 2020 nearly, during Coronavirus pandemic you would think that will have more than one staff as the queue stretches to the entrance absolutely poor service when comes to the speed of service. The only good thing about the post office location is that it's open 7 days a week, but other than that there is nothing positive about this post office.

Im not happy with the staff. They gave me problems with my letter been to thick when it was going through their ruler. They said it has to go through by itself. I took my mail to another post office and they didnt say a thing... I think Royal Mail needs to change managment and staff at this branch.

Really Really slow service, only 1-2 people behind the desk long line of people waiting. Other colleagues spot it but still decide to do other tasks instead of jumping on the front and helping out customers. Fix up
