Changing rooms were covered in piss... a person standing outside the shop threw their greggs steak bake at me when i tried to leave. My £12 frilly plum dress wasn't accepted for refund because my big belly tore the fabric... I've had to result to 3 therapy sessions a day due to the trauma I've experienced here. Overall, Mr Thake.

i attended to this store today, i wanted to buy a item which was the last one & damaged. i spoke with the store manager named Marve who rudely refused that and made me surprised with her rude & unfriendly attitude. i never come back to this store despite two staffs(a young girl & a gentleman were very polite & friendly). Disappointed to the company to choose this kind of people as store manager.?

It's incredible that in a shop like Peococks, there is only one small fitting room, if we can call it that. The ridicoulously small cubicle has no facilities, no place to seat, no place to put your stuff on, just one small hunger. It is also dirty and with lots of rubbish on the floor. Shame because their range of clothing is really nice!

Great selection but security tags are randomly placed causing damage to items when removed. Also the slowest assistant in the world working there.

Extremely disappointed with the service at Peacocks Store Harlesden (NW10 4NJ). I made a purchase, but one item was missing from my bag. Staff's negligent response and lack of urgency in resolving the issue were shocking. This incident reflects a concerning lack of customer care and professionalism. Unacceptable experience!

I couldn?t find a SINGLE size 8 item even the jewellery sizes started from medium. Why is SMALL and size 8 missing from this store ?! Their were some nice earrings however

I took my daughter to this shop so she could exchange the jacket her nan bought her for something else. I ask the lady nicely and she came to me with a rude attitude, and told me to speak to the manger I did so and she was talking to me with a quite rude tone of voice. and was telling me and my daughter that we can not exchange it without a receipt. but I have went into many shops with our a receipt and they have let me change the item. what got me frustrated was that she was rude about it and didn?t let me talk or get my point across. after that I asked her nicely if I could get the shops owners number and she refused rudely and told us to get out. Don?t go to this shop if your not looking for someone to ruin your mood.

Not a bad experience. Clothes are great quality at reasonable prices. However, there were lots of clothes on the floor and there is only one changing room.
