I'm really grateful to KISHAN the gentleman working in this bank. I admire his honesty as keen to help me to solve my issue. He was both professional and friendly giving me assurance when I was stressed.He took time to look into my case and solved the issue calling me back first thing in the morning.I give my gratitude to him and rate his customer service as 5 star.

Probably the worst NatWest branch I know! The queues are regularly long and this is because the staff keep questioning customers whether they have mortgage or that they can save money with this product and that product! I have noticed that the elderly get almost forced to talk about NatWest products! This is not right and this is not good customer service! An Indian woman that works there does this EVERY TIME I GO THERE!! STOP DOING IT!

Pam Gill and agent on the cashier at NatWest in Acton had miss informed me of the banking procedure to place money in the account and wasted half an hour of my time very poorly trained staff and would recommend for Pam Gill to be be retrained but lack of common sense will not be compensated for.

Wasted our time! Simple account opening turns out into mission impossible here. Being sent back and front for marriage certificate, bill misspelled name,etc and finally when all sorted was left a message that the account had to be cancelled as bill was not confirmed?!? Will go to another branch where I have opened numerous accounts for myself,family members and friends and not had any problems. Waste of space as a branch! Better close it down.
