Avoid if you can. Rude staff very eager for everyone to leave. They were taking plates, menus, glasses out of the table while some of our group was still eating. Very noisy as well but I guess that you can?t avoid if the restaurant is full.

I'm a regular at this Nandos and there's a reason I keep coming back ? the incredible service. Every member of the team here goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and it's this consistent warmth and professionalism that truly sets this branch apart.

This Nando?s is smaller than some others because it?s attached to the Tesco Superstore but somehow they manage to get people seated and served so much quicker than the bigger ones. They are just as busy but have the best team of staff I have come across in any Nando?s. I have actually never experienced such friendly efficient service in a Nando?s like this one! Hence this review as I never thought I would need to review Nando?s lol. The staff are a credit to the franchise and should be rewarded.

The food is okay. Staff are too casual and lax. But the biggest problem, hygiene!! Fly's everywhere including dead ones on the floor. Seats and tables are sticky all the time. Poor management. Probably have a pest issue.

Very good service Ma Shaa Allah, I did stay and charge my phone they let me as of today and staff were patient and kind. Just the music is too loud other than that 5 stars Alhamdulillah thank God for people like this. As someone who has worked in hospitality for service you won't be let down. The music being off etc is a me thing I like the Qur'an haha.

Had a brilliant experience at Nando's Wembley Park! The whole team was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The manager was hands-on and available, making sure everything ran smoothly ? it really showed. One of the team members kindly gave our 2-year-old some crayons and a colouring sheet, which kept him happily occupied while we waited for our food. Small gesture, but it made a big difference. Food was delicious as always, but it?s the great service that really stood out. Top team ? thank you all! We?ll definitely be coming back.

Ordered 2 burger 1 with chips I spent £33 with delivery and we got 2 burgers only. I claimed a refund and they sent me £0.80. That?s a joke!! 33 pounds for 2 sandwiches is a total robbery! Never going to order or go there ever again!!!

I had a terrible experience at this Nando?s at Wembley Park. The restaurant was completely unprepared for the number of customers, and the staff were clearly overwhelmed. They were running around, visibly stressed, trying to fix missing or incorrect orders, drinks that never arrived, and ridiculously long delays.
Ordering was a nightmare. Only one till was working, and the person using it had no idea what they were doing. The queue was almost out the door, and it took me 30 minutes just to place my order. Several people ahead of me gave up and left to eat elsewhere.
When the food finally arrived, it was completely disorganised. My friend?s meal came 10 minutes before mine, so he was already finished by the time I got my main course. Then, 15 minutes after my main arrived, my starter finally showed up.
The worst part? I found a wooden toothpick (presumably from olives) inside my Fino Pitta, mixed in with the chicken.
I usually enjoy Nando?s, but this visit was beyond disappointing. Chaos, terrible service, and a food safety issue?definitely won?t be coming back to this branch anytime soon.
