I used the drive through, at the time of visit the staff couldn't understand me very well I'm assuming there was a language barrier. It was frustrating not being able to just order my food and get back on the road.

Slow, mc muffin was too hard. Hasbrown to soft. Took 5-10 minutes to get my order 6.15 in the morning.

Been a customer in this McDonald?s for ages. the current management is appalling. since I asked for extra sauce, this management guy (only when he is on shift) has always made my order wrong. He came into my face because I wanted a refund on my food and just stared at me like I was going to scared???? he think intimidation will work but he just looks like a fool. This has happened numerous times that I?ve had to file a complaint to HQ. Always double check your items!!! Never ordering from this McDonald?s

I love McDonald's food but the service was not good at all.
I ordered from McDelivery and there was one missing item I found and then I called over there the person name was Samir Ahamad something talked with me very rudely. He don't even hesitate to regret that it was them fault but he just showing me some attitude that do complain about me and I don't care.
It was 11.45 pm and wanted that food but unfortunately I don't get it.
I'll never ever order from this place.
Please do some respect towards your customers.

Pleasant experience... ordered via touchscreen and opted for table service which I received with a smile. The staff member even asked me if I would like any sauces which was a nice touch as in other places the tray just gets put on your table.
Food arrived hot and presented well. Tables and floors were cleaned regularly and even the toilet facilities were clean!

This has to be the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever come across. They deliberately do this to piss me off and I?m very much sick of it. Anytime I order here, they either get my order wrong or always forget something and now I have to deal with this?!!!. This is absolutely appalling and I will never order from this particular McDonald?s ever again. Absolutely disappointing and foul.

Hello , I have just purchased MC Donalds breakfast and was over charged , given the wrong items and drink , so basically I was given a lucky dip bag of random crap which was a waste of my time and money , the staff struggle to communicate with you and seem dumb struck with a basic language and shouldn't not be working there if they are unable to communicate and complete a basic order.

Ordered drive thru from here. Classic McDonald?s! Ordered 6 nuggets and came in a 6 box but with 8, I can?t complain. Fries were moderately warm as usual but still pretty cool. The cheeseburger looked sad as usual but was pretty alright, no different to normal McDonald?s. Ate food in ikea car park next door! Overall very nice. Honourable mention: the location is in a pretty nice refurbished old building. The type you wouldn?t expect a McDonald?s to be as it lacks its normal green or black outside.
