Caveat - the bricks are still on the pallet, so I haven't checked them for quality.Great service in Uxbridge. Helped me identify which bricks I wanted, and to work out the quantity I needed.Lovely delivery driver Rashik also very helpful.I got my bricks for my garden wall from LRBM because I was impressed by my daughter's garden wall, built with their bricks. Staff were nice and helpful however the bricks that arrived were 60% unusable. We had to return the entire pallet, the replacements that turned up were entirely the wrong colour. Refused delivery of them and got a refund and went to Premier Reclaimed Bricks instead which were a perfect match and we had 3% wastage (normal is 10%).

17/03/2023 19:36. Reg plate BI2ICKS. Bold guy driving.Terrible driving. Swerving and weaving between lanes. Looking at his phone whilst driving. Pulling out of the first lane almost hitting me in the third lane and then opens his window completely oblivious as to what he?s just done. Complete disregard to other road users, but hey it?s a company pick up van why would he care. Maybe have a staff briefing first thing Monday morning to teach him the Highway Code.

Good set of people. Had some queries and as I?m not London based I needed them to help my aunt. Spoke with Sophie who was really helpful and answered all my queries.They were able to deliver and be a help as aunt has mobility issues. Would highly recommend

These guys are spot on. Needed some reclaimed mixed multis, called them up Friday morning and spoke to Aimee. Bricks with a perfect match to what I needed arrived within less than 24 hours. Aimee was fantastic and showed me a variety of options to make sure I was getting what I needed. The drivers were super and even brought a card machine to save the faf of online transfers. Will be coming back again

Fantastic customer service when all is well then they dont want to know, I bought 2000 white gaults .... it was the most expensive pile of rubble iv ever had the misfortune of buying, we could only use about half as they were so dammaged and all they had to say was you should of allowed 10% for waste!Very dissapointed and ended up buying 1000 more off someone else.

Bought £3000 of yellow stocks at £1.74 inc vat each from this company and 75% of the bricks were deemed unusable for the job and they quote 25% handling fees on returns, which is crazy high in itself, considering the quality of the goods are so poor, but I am willing to take that hit.As such, we have been trying to get them collected and accept the 25% loss, the company have made it very difficult for that to happen.Very pleasantly they tell us they ?when? they have an empty vehicle in this area (which could be weeks/months, as they don?t know when this is likely to be) they will contact us 24 hours before and tell us they will come.This is totally unprofessional and clearly the underlying message is to delay and make it as hard as possible to process the returns.They are sitting on our drive and taking up most of the space but we are stuck as even when I offered to pay for a lorry to collect and drop to their yard the gentleman told me the yard is not open to the public!!Just be mindful I would say!

My Flagstone has now been delivered and l am over the moon because l have been searching for a replacement for the broken flagstone on my property. Michael Kane at the London Reclaimed Brick Merchants Neasden Branch took my order and he has been wonderfully understanding, polite and respectful. The price of the flagstone was also very reasonable. Thank you Michael.
