Izabel of London not only have a great selection of lovely clothes they also have customer service second to none. I had a return problem involving a third party of my own making. The customer service dept. Went above and beyond to resolve the situation. More companies should follow their example.

Really impressed with the quality of the clothes I really find it hard to find dresses or any clothes infact to suit my body but I literally love everything from here which is rare for me to say! Clothes are true to size aswell will definitely order again soon!

Just recieved rhe loungewear set I ordered , I ordered the size 12 probably could have got away with a size 10 as its a very generous fit ,but the quality is just gorgeous and I just love it , will definitely order again from Izabel London

Love the designs, fit well but so many clothes are hand wash only (even 'normal' looking fabric), who has the time for that?

I just received the black bow back jumper. Sized down as its a generous fit. Absolutely love it, so soft and a good weight to it. Definitely good quality. Its just past my upper thigh as I'm 5ft .Will look great with skinny trousers and ankle boots.

I love Izabel clothes. There is a particular top that I have brought in all the colours multiple times. Today a new member of staff accidently put in an incorrect order. Guess what Izabel Complaints dealt with it in about one hour. Amazing company. I can only say WOW for customer service. Thank you Izabel

Fantastic customer service - my parcel was recorded as delivered by Royal Mail despite not arriving. The customer service team responded promptly to my query and were helpful and courteous. Coupled with the great quality of their products I highly recommend Izabel.

Very impressed with this site, love the clothes and their customer service is excellent. I ordered a jacket a few weeks ago which was dispatched by them very quickly but then got stuck in a Royal Mail centre and still seems to be there. I let Izabel London know and they instantly replied and sent a replacement via a different courier which arrived within 24 hours. Couldn't get better service than this. I will continue to both use and recommend this site.

A fabulous company! Lovely clothes at great prices, and the best customer service! Orders delivered in just a few days. If you need to return an item, Izabel email you when they receive it and the refund arrives back in your account a few days later. A lockdown find and now a favourite go to - highly recommend.

Izabel went above and beyond my expectations for me. The dress I wanted was out of stock in my size, so I emailed them to see if they were going to get anymore stock in.Next thing they contacted me to say they obtained my size and to follow a link to order.Absolutely chuffed to bits with this service. I shop online a lot and this has been the best service I have experienced in a very long time.Thank you Izabel, keep up the good work!You will be on the top of my list for orders from now on!

Customer services at Izabel London is excellent. I've written to them about not being able to claim the 20% discount because the code wasn't accepted. I received a reply the same day, offering me a refund after purchase. When I sent the order confirmation, the refund was arranged within hours. Thank you so much! I also love your products.
