Absolutely avoid this branch at all costs the manager is called suraj ans tried upselling just for profit and so blatantly lied about a products compatibility although i was recommended it by another branch completely dishonest and weird behaviour if i could give 0 stars i would and its a shame because euro is usually my go to but he made my experience extremely uncomfortable

Good prices for parts, but you can get it even sheaper if you order online from eurocarparts. Good customer service no long queues. I recommend them.

Spoke to the main office euro car parts on the phone about my Toyota Corolla verso mpv they did leave some information on the System about the brake pads which Victoria tyres didn't wanted to listen and got the wrong ones and was stating euro car parts is rubbish . The lady on the till told me bring the pads back and we can refund you £10 pounds back which im not happy with .they should refunded a lot more back as its cost me a lot of money as i had to buy new discs and pads and pay more money to get them fitted by a different person. I need to give thoses breaks pads back to euro car parts as i had no time to take them back but it be good if they can Amend the refund or leave a note on tbe system about increasing the refund as this has not being my fult this has happened because of Victoria tyres in acton

By far the slowest branch I?ve visited. Had to wait 10 minutes just to pick up some drop links while the staff stood around talking on the phone and chatting to their friends around the front desk.
No apology for the long wait and seemingly in no rush to speed things up

Worst place ever. I?ve been a couple of times and the service is so slow I end up leaving. Useless people that take ages to deliver parts to the customers. Never again !
