The kindness, compassion and dedication to please that DHL express staff in the Middlesex area have shown by going above and beyond and literally out of their way in this day and age has truly been outstanding and a blessing.I was in the house but somehow didn?t hear the doorbell when I realised I?d missed the delivery that I had been waiting for all day (realised via email) I was very upset as my daughter has had a very difficult year with her health and the parcel was her main birthday gift for her birthday which is in a day?s time.I called customer services and to cut a long story short, every single customer services agent I spoke with was empathetic, apologetic (even though it was my fault) and went out of their way to arrange for the driver to come back to me on the same night!Park Royal DHS express depot was also helpful and understanding each time customer services would call on my behalf to find out where the driver had reached.Finally the driver? a young man who had a big smile on his face when I opened the door to take the parcel. I couldn?t believe he had driven all the way back later in the evening to deliver the parcel to me so that my daughter would receive her present on time.He wished her a Happy Birthday just as every team member on the phone I had spoken with did.The whole DHL Express team pulled together just to make one customer happy and I am so very grateful and still shocked that I received the best customer service which I?ve not received from any company in a very long time.I apologise for the very long review and I thank the whole team for making me and my daughter so very happy? Thank you! ??

Rudest customer service .A person called Erin and her manager call it her clan, bunch unprofessionals to make your experience the worst. Have no clue about what is supposed to be done.

Took some items in to the Express counter this afternoon to be couriered to Norwich. Amazing service. All packed up well and in a very courteous way by a staff member at the desk. Really positive experience. He was polite and efficient. Thank you

The delivery guy named Joseph has been a tremendous help to all of me and my friends in the neighborhood. This guy makes me want to use DHL again and again and it is always a pleasure to see his smiling face every time he comes to pickup or deliver our parcels. Joseph has made many things easier for us even on a level where usual drivers would not go. This guy deserves a raise!

Missed my delivery so arranged collection. Received code to collect my item. Was preety easy and smooth to use their locker to unlock with a provided code and job done ?. Park royal DHL is at very good location with plenty of parking spaces available on site.

Long story short, i never leave negative feedback infact I don?t give any feedback at all unless I experience something rude or disrespectful like todays incident. I had to post a high value good, drove almost 10 miles in a rainy weather to get there in order to post my item cuz the other dhl branches were not able to fully cover the item. As per one of the dhl customer service adviser?s (on the phone) I was told to visit this branch in order to fully insure the item but unfortunately when I saw the the bad behaviour and attitude from the front desk guy I refused to send my item infact I couldn?t trust him enough to hand over my parcel with such behaviour and attitude. He was behaving like he owns the company. Infact I was actually in the middle of filling the form but when I saw all this happening in front of the manager I was like nah this is not the right place to trust and send the parcel.

More than excellent service from Nehida at the reception of DHL. She was extremely helpful, nice, polite and with a smile on her face. Extremely high standard of customer service!!!!! Well done!!!!!
