“The kindness, compassion and dedication to please that DHL express staff in the Middlesex area have shown by going above and beyond and literally out of their way in this day and age has truly been outstanding and a blessing.I was in the house but somehow didn’t hear the doorbell when I realised I’d missed the delivery that I had been waiting for all day (realised via email) I was very upset as my daughter has had a very difficult year with her health and the parcel was her main birthday gift for her birthday which is in a day”s time.I called customer services and to cut a long story short, every single customer services agent I spoke with was empathetic, apologetic (even though it was my fault) and went out of their way to arrange for the driver to come back to me on the same night!Park Royal DHS express depot was also helpful and understanding each time customer services would call on my behalf to find out where the driver had reached.Finally the driver… a young man who had a big smile on his face when I opened the door to take the parcel. I couldn’t believe he had driven all the way back later in the evening to deliver the parcel to me so that my daughter would receive her present on time.He wished her a Happy Birthday just as every team member on the phone I had spoken with did.The whole DHL Express team pulled together just to make one customer happy and I am so very grateful and still shocked that I received the best customer service which I’ve not received from any company in a very long time.I apologise for the very long review and I thank the whole team for making me and my daughter so very happy… Thank you! ??”
