I had a brilliant experience today in Costa Crediton.
The staff that were working today were so helpful. My toddler accidentally spilt my coffee all over the floor, and before I could even get up to ask for some assistance, a lovely lady called Paula came over with a mop bucket and instantly cleaned it up. I apologised and she reassured me that accidents happen. While she was busy cleaning, the guy behind the counter (name was Ryan) was busy making me a fresh coffee! They turned a bad day into a much better one and I am so so grateful for their kindness. Please, please give them the recognition they both deserve. Paula had travelled over an hour to be in this store today as she was telling me it?s not her usual store. Thank you both, your kindness has not gone un noticed and really made a huge difference to my day! Xxx

Never have change if you want to pay by cash. Also asked me to pay by debit card rather than Apple pay on a different occasion. Left their big covid glass barriers up so they can?t hear you. Absolute shambles

The staff in here need to do food safety training. One of the coffees made me throw up and I was in bed for the whole day. My mum nearly called an ambulance.

They seem to close whenever they feel like. Time on the door said open until 7pm, but at 5:55pm they were closed with the lights off. This didn?t surprise me tbh, as I often come in after 5pm and see staff are clearly trying to close things down already and sweeping up, discouraging people from sitting in etc.I?d get it if a small independent cafe was doing this, but it?s a chain! I don?t know who is authorising closing early just because maybe it?s a little quiet that day, but it?s very annoying. If the hours have changed, signs and google should be updated immediately to reflect this!
