Barcleys are scammers- if you borrow 1000 on your credit card they charge you 80 pounds a month, when you keep 1000 for a month on saving account you will get 1,50.This particular branch is OK, no much queues as costumers can use deposit machine or cash machines instead of queuing. Could be opened earlier, but they open at 9:30.

really awful service - wait time was 30 mins just to see a member of staff; went to open a childrens account and the female member of staff who finally saw me said she can't do it in branch and wanted me to download a different app which she could not even find. when i asked why i was waiting for 30 mins and noone had mentioned this in the meantime she said she doesn't know. luckily in the end i was seen by another member of staff who opened the account without fuss...i am deeply dissatisfied with the initial staff member who quite frankly was utterly rude. Awful branch.

Worst service in my life?When I first came here with my partner, the manager was kind. But on the second visit, the reception staff was so unprofessional and impatient. I am very disappointed with this branch. As a customer of walkin, I was greeted by an Indian lady who not only had a bad attitude, but also let two local people also walk-in customer behind me cut in line.This time because it was just me and not with my British partner, I felt they discriminated against me as a Chinese. ????They gave me the impression that they wanted to dismiss me by giving me false information that you need to be British to open a regular account and international students/BRP cannot open. Then I called the manager and it is different story. again that I had to uninstall the app and reapply. Now I don't even want to apply for this bank.?

I have had the worst customer experience from 2 employees here last week. The whole experience was very tedious and I was treated very poorly by the employee that I was serving me. When visiting this branch I was told to wait to be serviced which was around 10 mins and afterwards was told to wait an extra 45 mins to an HOUR to solve my query. After waiting for an HOUR, the employee that was serving me told to come in tomorrow because my query was taking too long (which I found unnecessary because I was just requesting to take money out).For two days I was treated in such a condescending way by the employee serving me which I found very disappointing coming from a person who used Barclays for many years.The employee that was serving me was unprofessional because he ignored all my requests and even brought his colleague to defend him, even though I stated from the start my requests and all of a sudden he started twisting my words and practically calling me a liar.Overall, I?m so glad that I am not using Barclays anymore because the employee that was serving me was absolutely showed offensive behaviour and I am glad that I have transferred to another bank.If I could rate this 0 star I would.

It's ok, it's a Barclays.Would do with an extra pay in acc. Machine probably will be no increase in Walk in customer numbers after this winter who's gonna go in a bank anyway ???

Second time, Worst customer service!!! The Indian lady at the counter was rude and disrespectful even though I was being polite. After working for 12hrs near Park Royal, I went to this branch as it was the closest to me to put a cheque in but my phone switched off so I had no access to the Barclay app.No greeting, not an ounch of politeness just simply and utterly useless and rude.Get your priorities straight

My mother waited almost half an hour to see a personal banker. One of her tasks was to request a new debit card. They sent the card today and it arrived in the name of my father who passed away in 2016 and who Barclays know is deceased. She was very upset.
