I have ordered from Uber Eats and they sent me a rotting ham and bad, rotten grapes as if the person who was going to eat it was a dog... but I wouldn't even give something like this to a dog.

1. A "Non-stick Lifetime Guarantee" is a lie. I bought this product as an experiment because I was 100% sure that most lifetime guarantees don?t work, especially for non-stick fry pans.
2. The product lasted only 1-2 months before it started sticking.
3. Whenever you try to return it, they come up with excuses to avoid accepting the return.
- The first customer service representative said, "That happens when you wash it with the wrong things!" I asked, "How should we wash it?" She replied, "With a sponge." Of course, no one is foolish enough to wash it with a metal sponge! We only ever washed it with a regular sponge.
4. Then the manager came and claimed that the back of the pan showed signs of burnt food! Most fry pans have a slightly brown back, and professional chefs' fry pans are almost black on the back because the back has nothing to do with the cooking surface. At that point, I realized I was talking to the wrong people. I simply threw the fry pan in the bin and left.
5. I always buy from Amazon because they accept returns 100% of the time, and their customer service is amazing. In contrast, ASDA's customer service is very poor.
I will never, ever buy any kitchen appliances from ASDA again.

What on earth has happened to this branch? shabby, low in stock (purposely went into store for pick up) but OF COURSE they didn?t have item in stock so a complete waste of time. Nobody on shop floor to attend to a query despite being called on tannoy twice. Never any baskets at entrance you have to go and find one. Very strange inefficient checkout system. Won?t waste my time in future this branch has really gone downhill.

Huge respect to the staff here, they have incredible patience and handle all kinds of customers with professionalism. I?ve seen some challenging situations, and they always manage to keep their cool.
The shop itself is great, with everything you need at consistently good prices. Always a satisfying shopping experience!

Asked one of the ?here to help? folk for a trolley as we don?t have coins or cash: ?go to the ATM and withdraw money?. Pharmacy unattended - woman came from its back office and pointed at a ridiculously small sign stating they?re closed between something like 4.30-5pm. Not for me.

Customer service is very good. Only thing that is off putting are the beggars (Balkan-looking groups) hounding you in the car park. Had to call the police out once due to the harassment. Watch your personal belongings!

Going at 1am was a dream. No queues and though the stock was a bit messy as being refilled everything I needed was still available

Be careful, you might be charged for someone else?s mistake.
My order was not delivered to me and I have reported it same day since it was marked as delivered in the app. Placed same order for the soonest possible delivery which was next day. Didn?t receive a refund within more then a week.
Contacted support team again. They have refused to refund as ?the order was delivered from their end?.

Like most of the other comments say on here, unbelievably poor customer service here. The staff in general are poor, but one lady in particular was truly awful. I went in looking for some ladies? health products, went to the medicine aisle & was looking for the products. The shop is always a mess when you go late at night with stock & rubbish all over the floor, it usually feels like you?re walking through a rubbish depot. The member of staff was literally throwing boxes towards me from down the aisle. They didn?t hit me but it was very aggressive & rude. I looked at her in disbelief but she ignored me. Eventually, I asked her for help as I?d been there around 25 minutes & couldn?t get through to the person I was buying the products for. She told me what I was looking for was in the next aisle but refused to show me. I told her I?d been looking for a long time & couldn?t see it, but she refused to walk to the next aisle & show me. Eventually, I found the product myself & went to pay at the self-service tills. I pointed out the rude member of staff to the person on the self-service tills & asked for her name. He said he didn?t know her name & asked if she?d been rude to me. I said she had & he told me she?s rude to everyone but he didn?t know her name. I work as a manager in a supermarket myself in Harrow & can guarantee that that woman wouldn?t last a week in M&S. Fortunately for her, Asda in Park Royal have no level of customer service whatsoever. Would not recommend shopping here at all but unfortunately it?s the only large 24 hour supermarket around, so I sometimes have to go when other supermarkets are shut.

I can deal with rude members of staff, if they?re atleast competent at their job. You need to mentally prepare yourself when making a trip to this Asda. First you need to find a path through all the delivery drivers then the people begging just to get in and then all the people standing in the small entrance/exit. Once you done shopping you then need wait in huge queues because they like having 80% of the tills closed

I saw a sign that maximum stay at the parking was 3 hours, i parked there, done my groceries, after a few weeks i got a ticket, i send a message to the company with a picture of the sign but they told me they changed it to max 2 hours in June. Never again to Asda.
