Their delivery drivers are too lazy to do their jobs. They don?t check for info about delivery options, don?t call the flat(in my case) just knocked on the door from the staircase, although it was saying on the delivery my corect address as FLAT 1?., not room 1, to knock just on the building door. Today i was at home, waiting, again nothing, just found the paper of ?missed delivery? near the building door, while i was with Royal Mail Customer service on call.

I filmed the Delivery guy, while I was at home and received message of not delivery because no one is in the place!He even didn't ring the bell just passed with his car as he was in rush on Friday...

If I could give this place zero stars then I would. Honestly worst delivery service ever. Says it will deliver on a specific day, you stay in and nothing gets delivered, usually turns up days later. Then opening times at the sorting office 0800-1000? Why can't they open to at least 1200 (they can on Saturdays). If suppliers now say they send via Royal Mail I literally consider whether I should buy it in the first place.

Absolutely disgraceful postal service.They do not ring the bell even when you?re home, nor do they provide a ?something for you? card.The tracking provided is never accurate either.

Why only open between 8-10am weekdays? It?s the most inconvenient time for the entire working population.

I have the Royal Mail app. I get advised about deliveries to arrive on a particular day and they never turn up on that day. Normally the day after or later. When I ask the delivery guy why it?s late he just shrugs his shoulders. Appalling service

I had ordered a package to be delivered with Royal Mail two weeks ago, with the estimation to be ?delivered between 3 to 5 working days?. The package has been held by this office for a week ?ready to be delivered? and yet, the status on the tracking site has remained unchanged. There is no way to track my item anymore and I suspect it?s lost now. Next time, I?ll be sure to order at least a month in advance because the service is unpredictable.

Easy to find, open on time. A bit of a walk to the collection office, following the path left then leading right. Rang bell once, provided my info via email and collected my parcel, no problems. Will use this option again if need be.

I work from home and they address inaccessible. I went to the depot to fond they're open 8-10am on Mondays. Who on earth can make it their in that time window if your are working. I call the "Royal Joke"

Have to say I've been picking up parcels from Hanwell delivery office very regularly for years and they've always been amazing with them, as well as friendly. Can't speak for others here but I'd trust them any day of the week over some of these other delivery services.

Makes me. Believe the reason they don't ring is because they don't have the parcels with them in the first place, since they are short staffed my guess is that they send the small easy to handle items out like letters ect, and expect people to collect the rest, this is of course not with all areas of Hanwell and ealing ?
