Base was rock hard and arrived completely messed up in the box. Called the pizza place and told the ?chef?. the guy was so rude coming up with excuses and refused to even apologise let alone refund me. Have been giving them business for years personally and with my work but get treated like trash. Wont be going back again.

This used to be our go to pizza place in Hanwell. Unfortunately, since it under a new management, the quality dropped quite a bit. Everything is super salty, and the pizza is just not right anymore.Price went up by a crazy amount, so better to go to Domino?s now.

Absolutely disgusting. Meat toppings taste rancid, very weird aftertaste. Cheap cheese used, which is very obvious. Dough is not fresh, appears ready made that they add the toppings onto. Meatballs could be any generic meat that is an odd grey colour. £15 is not cheap for a pizza! Really, amongst the worst I?ve ever tasted.

Pizza are bad. They use thier own uber drivers and didn't get my food after 2 hours of placing the order.The staff are rude.

Pizza has gone downhill since new management has taken over. The base is disgusting, almost like they are ready made and heated up. Will not be ordering again. Given 2 stars as the toppings and cheese is nice and plentiful, they just need to go back to using fresh dough.

I've recently ordered the pizza wasn't cooked the cheese wasn't melted properly and cold inside has to bin it I then went to a party and they ordered a pizza and garlic bread was shocking so bad uncooked went in the bin gave Pepsi instead of coke without notifying us I would avoid
