I have been shopping in this Co Operative store for the past 15 years and I always used to have a great experience with the workers there. The old workers used to always smile and always be there to help you but unfortunately the customer service has extremely gone downhill. There is an extremely rude Sri Lanken worker by the till and she doesn?t even look at you in your face when scanning the items. I went to the self service check out and she yelled at me that I need to pay 10p for a bag which I always do.

Ill mannered staff. The Sri Lankan "manager" is often rude to customers. They usually reduce some prices at 7p.m. but if they see anyone waiting they delay it deliberately. I once waited till 8p.m. only to be told by the "manager" that they didn't have the time to deal with it. There are often long queues at the checkout and only one person on the till. The phone is rarely answered and the prices very high. Roll on Tesco Express accross the road!!

Very rude lady on the phone hang up on me they mess up my Uber eats order and only delivered two items. I will be making complaint about this store very bad my order was on September 19th. I will report this store and make very bad complaint. DO NOT ORDER UBEREATS FROM THIS STORE. They don?t deliver the items and when you call them they will make excuses. I will be reporting them to trading standards. My order value was 25 pounds they only sent two items. I have photo for proof. Look at the receipt they ticked only one item.??? 0 stars. They are thieves.

Staff are rude and very unprofessional. They don?t seem to understand the English language. Tried to get cash back , the dumb staff said you have to buy something. This is a lie , I?ve taken cash back before and didn?t need to buy something. So why are staff members now telling their customers lies. This coop should be closed.

It is a okay shopWe go here once or twice every week to get food and snacks and i liked going there as a kid but also im traumatised FOR LIFEBasically I was 4 years old and me and my mum was walking out of Co-op and suddenly I saw a man in front of Co-op lying there on the floor and his head was bleeding and his car door was openThat scared me a lot

Great co-op. Need to make sure the prices on the receipt matches the prices on the shelves. Co-op founded on 'fair weights and measures ' so they will sort it if it's wrong. Trouble is it is wrong a bit too often!

The store layout is terrible, you have to squeeze through others going to checkout and back to the exit.

Made to feel like a thief as soon as I walked in the place, staff attitude very bad and to be honest I won't let my family shop in there anymore. Abused is how your made to feel. Hanwell was once an area of community. Its gone, and it shows right at the door of the local supermarket.

One started as I can give 0.Never stocked up, the staff is rude and unprofessional. Never staff on the till and issues on self-checkout. Won't be going there anymore. Shame as there could be better shop in that place...

So rude customer service. No culture at all, yelling at people with no polite behaviour. I will never come back again.
