If you must use this place make sure to check your change!! Withdrew £36 for my daughter, admittedly I should have checked it immediately, stupidity I didn't, he only gave me £26. Went back in a few minutes later expecting it was an innocent error, he was clearly prepared and bare faced lied to me about giving me a 20 and a 10 despite me standing there in front of him with two 10's. A dishonest liar who had clearly planned it as a chancer.

Helpful and friendly, always get a hello even when I?m just walking past. The shop is well stocked with everything you could need, and always give advice on best options.

Just because there is no zero to rate down. This is the rudest creature living in this post office box. He have unique ability to build up the problem within seconds from simplest thing like collecting parcel. Lack of culture, hygiene and absolute lack of responsibility.

Recently moved to the area and used this post office for the first time. My intuition told me the lady hadn?t put the stamp on my envelope and then she kept my A4 letter (to post) like most post offices do. Three weeks later and my documents didn?t make it to the address I sent it to. Please avoid these people they are dishonest people.

Unnecessarily rude staff and rip offs.Doubled the price of my delivery claiming it weighed double what it really did (wouldn?t let me put it on scales)I travel to alternative post offices instead of using this local vendor because of how they treat customers.

I went to post a return using the freepost labels the retailer provided me. I was incredibly rudely told that 'you cannot post parcels freepost, contact the retailer and get new labels'. I went to Hampton Hill post office instead who gladly, and nicely told me I could, and sent it from them. Do yourself a favour and don't ruin your day by going here

I feel sorry for the lady who works in this place, she is very kind. but the man who works there is terribly rude , I highly recommend when he is behind the counter not to enter because it will make your day very bad. and then he charges for things more expensive than they should. terrible

Unhelpful with local residents. I had arranged my special delivery to be diverted there as was one of the choice on Parcelforce website. However he refused to take it. I lost my two options as I was not home on the first attempt. Even the Ashford Hampton sorting office people telling me he was unhelpful with Royal Mail delivery. They recommended The Hampton bill branch, who by contrast is much more helpful. Think twice if you want to use their service.

The man who works there is incredibly rude and unprofessional and unhelpful. The lady behind the counter is lovely and polite and helpful.I needed to leave some franked mail at this post office for collection (due to disruption to normal services) but he told me to not leave it there. 'your post is none of my business!', he said.Awful behaviour, awful service, awful experience.
