1st time ordering a Pizza from this establishment 4cheeses for delivery. I thought it was in Teddington but looks like it's in Hampton? Pizza was nice but not hot. Will visit the restaurant next time as I think it would be a nice pizza & restaurant.

An enjoyable evening meal at Piazza Firenze. We're regulars here - I usually opt for a pizza (Florentina is my favourite) or the spaghetti vongole but there is a wide selection of Italian dishes. There's an excellent choice of wines, many of which are available as a 50cl carafe as well as by the glass or bottle. Good service as well with friendly and attentive staff. Throughly recommended.

Very, very disappointing. I have had a couple of reasonable meals there before, but this was terrible. My food was dry and burnt, the rocket was slimy, we had to ask for more drinks, no one asked us how our meal was, we asked for some condiments to accompany the food, but they never arrived, we were left for over 20 minutes with the dessert menus and the staff didn't seem to be bothered with ensuring our experience was an enjoyable one. Seeing as a 12.5% service charge is automatically added to the bill, I would expect the staff to be friendly, attentive and strive to make our experience was a good one. The food was not worth the price and the experience was definitely not worth the service charge.

Service is not the best, took one order for starters and walked off we could orders ours. The lamb shank was awful. I didn?t eat it and they didn?t ask if there was a problem with the food. I won?t be going back that?s for sure.

The all food was lovely and freshly made. They have Moretti on draught here. The service was excellent. A great place to have an Italian.

A little bit annoying and sad as I probably won?t go here anymore. Was a nice place but just taking the piss now, had a family meal and they charged 15% service adding £20 to the bill. Foods not amazing and service is less than impressive so felt that their calculations were just greedy! Sadly will give up on this place now! Shame as I?ve been going for years! Greedy!
