Visited today (Bank Holiday Monday). The shop itself is well stocked, and the assistant who served us was polite and gave us a Waterstones card and event leaflet. I was directed here by a staff member at the Hampstead Village branch. I was looking for a particular novel, coincidentally the day before it was due to be released in paperback.
