I can't say enough positive things about my experiences visiting this Pharmacy. Paul is always incredibly kind and helpful. When my medication was out of stock everywhere else he made sure to order and save some for me. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and is always happy to listen and offer advice. I've only had positive interactions with the other staff as well. I can't see myself ever switching to a different Pharmacy.

This is genuinely the best pharmacy I've ever been to. After having had bad experiences at my previous pharmacy, I followed my flatmate's advice to switch here, and I'm so glad I did. All of the members of staff are friendly, professional, and proactive in trying to help, going above and beyond. Paul the pharmacist truly cares about each patient and making sure we get the best care possible, even in difficult circumstances. I've since recommended the pharmacy to a friend, who now happily travels further to come here for the high quality level of care and support offered. Cannot recommend it enough.

Brilliant pharmacy. The advice from the pharmacist is always helpful. I really love the fact that they stock lots of supplements, and that they can advise on these as well. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Sold me a used hairbrush for £18, I realised it was used when I got home and they would not return it. Very unfriendly and accused me of lying.

Village Pharmacy is so outstanding, that I've come to regard it as one of the benefits of living in Belsize Park. It's a privilege to obtain Dr Paul's expert advice, a pleasure to peruse the extensive array of products, and a profound relief to have access to this safe haven for support concerning any and all ailments. When it comes to maintaining good health the talented team at Village Pharmacy is second to none.

Very good service, a woman there was very helpful and gave me lots of information.\\n\\nShe also very kindly gave me a couple of samples which were very useful.\\n\\nDefinitely nice going to independent and was a much more personal service than I have found comes from chains.\\n\\nThey can be more expensive than the chains, I guess like with all these things they can't compete with the economies of scale. However if you like independent shops, want to support them and like good service you will be very happy going there.

Utterly incompetent is this chemist. They certainly have enough experience to lose prescription after prescription. Staff here are the absolute worst, arrogant, crass and obnoxious including it's owner who is unapologetic and complacent about maintaining any basic standards

Absolutely excellent. In a class of its own. Hugely knowledgeable pharmacist leading a very kind and supportive team. They go extra miles - and as far as humanely possible - to make sure patients get their meds - despite all the supply chain shortages and NHS problems. Truthful and knowledgeable when this is not possible. Amazingly well stocked shop as well.
