Variety of good things, I was finding a particular thing, I didn't find anywhere but here.

This post with a one star rating relates only to the Superdrug pharmacist Maria at Swiss Cottage. The rest of the staff are delightful. Avoid the pharmacy at all costs - Maria is rude, unprofessional and unhelpful, provides factually inaccurate information and appears to thrive on making others feel small. When she does not have medications in stock rather than suggest options or communicating with you after making enquiries, it is left to you, the customer, to come up with options (!). As a doctor myself I will be actively telling my patients not to come here due to Maria, and I will be asking my own GP surgery to send my scripts anywhere but here and feeding back in detail why. Pharmacists are also regulated healthcare professionals unfortunately Maria appears not to care.

Nobody ever picks up the phone - unacceptable.Good prices but terrible customer ?service? - especially at the pharmacy, with long waits and no sense of urgency.

Moona does my eyebrows, she is great, she always is very professional & calm. I?ve used her services for a long time, but I?ve had my eyebrows done for maybe 15 years. I return to Moona for the lovely welcoming smile, & her professional demeanour is exceptional. Thanks Moona!

The pharmacists with name Nazmen she have issues with attitude and also lack of experience dealing with stressful patients who need urgent medication. I was explaining to her everything she just wasn?t helping at all. She didn?t even want to hear me what I was saying, instead of trying to help she made the situation even worse. She doesn?t deserve to be behind the counter.

Always good prices on many products. On this occasion though I found that the deodorant I wanted was sooooo expensive, but the lady at the till was great.

I went to Swiss Cottage Superdrug on Sat 14th at 5.10 to collect my meds. I queued up for 20 minutes and when I finally got to the counter the pharmacist told me they close at 5.30 on Sat or else she'd have to work longer hours. She's a fairly tall blondish woman.I was very disappointed as I had been queueing for 20 minutes and since they close prescriptions at 5.30, they should first call out the customers who are in line for their medications. She did serve me in the end, but she made it seem like she was making me a favour when she wasn't, she was just doing her job.On their website, the pharmacy's opening times are nowhere to be found. They also have only one chair on site, which was occupied for the entire time by a fairly young, very rude indian man. He didn't so much as look up once to see if someone else needed to sit down. When he was called for his meds, he rushed back and stood in front of it. At that point I told him I wanted to sit down and he moved away. Sickening.Otherwise, the rest of the staff at the pharmacy is always very polite, kind and helpful.

Staff are so rude. I always come here and actually purchase items despite that staff follow me around as If I?m a thief.

Not the most enjoyable of visits. Lots of products I happened to pick up were mislabelled, so I had to either cue and ask at the till or search on my phone for prices, which made the trip very long winded. No one approaches you to ask if you need any help when clearly looking a bit confused or lost. What I presume to be the manager with his intimidating demeanour was speaking very loudly with other staff on shop floor which made customers limited to having to ask at till for help everytime. When at till, the manager was very unfriendly and not very talkative. I?ve worked in retail for many years, so I know not to hang around chatting but a smile or light hearted response to me trying to break the tension would have been great!Half the ranges of products are also missing. A product I asked for previously I finally managed to find this time (but I?ve already purchased elsewhere at a higher price)? I?m hoping it?s new in and not just laziness on staffs part for not showing me.All in all, not a fun trip. Got some of what I needed but I?ll have to order online for the rest. At least I can tell what prices are for things online!Only one staff was slightly friendly and that was a lady behind the till. But everyone else? forget it. Rude.If self check out was a thing in there, you wouldn?t need any of the floor staff! Don?t know anything of the products, locations or prices.

Me and my mom were buying medicine (ibuprofen and paracetamol) and we decided to take two packs each as we ran out completely on medicine at home. At the pay point the cashier explained that they can only sell two packs for each per person. So my mom said passed on the other two packs to me and said you have to get them as it?s two per person. Fair enough. As soon as I walk up to the cashier she goes to me ?can I see your ID?? and I didn?t have any physical one on me but suggested I can show a picture of my ID. She decided to call her a manager and he walked up to us and refused. She also started telling him that my mom wanted to get four packs for herself and passed them onto to me when she explained it?s two per person. With all respect I understand the policy, but I?m 24 years old and to tell me I look underage to buy ibuprofen is ridiculous. I tried to explain that I?m sick and so is half of our family so we want to stock up on medicine plus obviously you can see I?m not 16 years old! The manager afterwards started raising his voice and repeatedly saying ITS OUR POLICY, NO YOU DONT LOOK ABOVE 25. I understand the policy but the approach to the whole situation just made me question this stores customer service.
