Very disappointing experience. I?m a local and regular customer at this Starbucks, but after today I won?t be returning. I asked about using the toilet, and the staff were rude and dismissive. One barista told me to ?go across the street? and made me feel like an inconvenience just for asking. No signage, no courtesy. Completely unacceptable attitude. Not the kind of service I expect from Starbucks.

As we didn't eat or drink anything in the cafe, I'm writing this review entirely based on the service, which was how friendly and supportive they were in our stressful situation.
It was a hot day. I was walking with my friend and my old dog, Pippi, in the park. We realised we had walked too far, so we tried to take a cab, but they didn't allow dogs. We ended up walking to Starbucks instead.
Once, my friend sat down looking for a taxi on her phone. I rushed up to the counter to ask them for a cup of cold water with ice for my seriously dehydrated dog. They instantly made it, and they didn't charge me a penny for it.
My dog accidentally spilt the cup on the floor. As my friend and I panicked, running around to find napkins, the staff just smiled and got a mop, cleaning it up for us.
My Mum later got us a cab and we headed home.
I wanted to express my gratitude to the kind employees who helped us in this Nerve-wracking experience.

Most of the staff here are kind, and are quick at what they do!! The food selection isn?t amazing here and they have 1 toilet which you need a code for so it isn?t super accessible.

The worse place to walk in this Sunday. Stinks like garbage and toilet is blocked.

It used to be a great coffee shop with a dimmed light lounge, but now they added very bright light bulbs on the wall there hurting your eyes, so sitting there is very uncomfortable.

Popped in at lunchtime after a visit to Hampstead Heath as was conveniently located near the tube station, and was peckish and in need of refreshments. There was a rather limited selection of sandwiches so I opted for a tomato and mozzarella wrap ( which was tasty) and an English breakfast tea which was quite possibly the weakest tea I have had recently( see pic). Whilst the service and location itself were perfectly adequate the biggest letdown in my opinion was the frankly disgusting conveniences.. floor was awash with water and no hooks anywhere. Considering it is for customer use only and you need a key code to enter it was appalling.. c'mon Starbucks you can do better than this! Also considering footfall to the area and hordes of thirsty people coming off the Heath I think management should take a good hard look at hygiene standards in this regard. Wouldn't recommend .

Place needs a good clean,tables not wiped ,no soap in ladies toilets not good for an eating place i was in there an hour and nobody wiped any tables after people had left ,needs a hygiene inspection or a refit or preferably both ASAP!!!!!

Useless and unhelpful staff that should find employment in a cave. And that cave should have the same disgusting level of cleanliness at this place.
A perfect example why starbauck is to be avoided these days. Too often they have waste of space branches.

Hygiene ? Well the flys are still feasting on the display cabinet food & when this pointed out to staff , their response is not to remove the affected food , but to say that they have reported the problem ; as if that is sufficent

Caramel frappe with no coffee they?re so good the service is nice and caring it?s just that the place is a bit dirty and dark walls make you feel a bit trapped not for everyone. But I really like this place really good right next to where I live as well ??
