Brilliant service from Sheenah . Friendly professional and smart. Everything explained clearly and no hard sell of anything I didn?t need. After wearing them for a few days I realised the glasses needed a slight adjustment. Sheenah immediately knew what the problem would be, quickly made the adjustments, and made sure I was happy , even going out of the shop with me to be absolutely sure they were spot on outside of the optician?s test room. A mention also to Josh who does a great job of making sure visitors are acknowledged snd made to feel welcome as soon as they come in.

Happy with expertise in examinations but not so with post examination. Also, pricing is way too expensive.

I had a really awful experience with this store. Very unprofessional, ignorant and not able to supply the service they promise. Very disappointing and frankly rude.

Swiss Cottage Specsavers on my first visit made my experience pleasurable. I was talked through every test and its results. The staff were charming and helpful, there was no sense of being rushed which made me feel the whole procedure was thorough.Thank you Swiss Cottage Specsavers.

I?ve been a member of Specsavers Swiss Cottage for a few years now but I really wanted to leave a review today as I had a particularly positive experience with Sheena Shah (Optician). I had been having issues with the fit of my glasses and Sheena took her time to find the perfect fit for me, ensuring they were properly fitted but not tight or uncomfortable. She had lots of patience and made 100% sure I was happy. It?s not often you get this kind of bespoke service and it really goes a long way. Additionally, she helped me look for a fresh pair of glasses, giving me her honest opinion and not being salesly in any way.I thoroughly recommend Specsavers and in particular, Sheena. Thank you so much!

I had really bad experience unfortunately.The new lenses I ordered were wrong size for my glasses when it came. They?ve sent the lenses back and ordered new ones, so they gave me my old glasses back until it comes. When I took them out of the case at home, the lenses came out from the frame and couldn?t put it back, so I needed to wait until the new ones came. When I called them to say what happened, the lady said that she can?t do anything and I can just go back to try put the lens back. Anyway, I was not able to because of work and I needed to wait too long until new ones came. Very unprofessional and I left like they are joking with people?s health.
