“I thoroughly recommend Jaimini, resident optometrist, who restored my trust in Boots. I had to come back after a really bad experience yesterday where I was told by a locum that my prescription had changed a lot and that I had start of glaucoma which is not true! I do not recommend David Chu as his examination was rushed, communication skills poor, and most importantly, he gave wrong diagnosis! Someone else may have believed him and not questioned like I did and be worried about his findings.”

“So grateful to Green Light Pharmacy. They did my son's travel vaccinations for a trip to India. When he fell ill with a rapidly spreading rash and speeding heartrate on Day 3 of the trip, I called them up, then sent some photos. They spoke to their GP and gave the best advice. He went straight to the hospital and is now recovering after two anti-histamine injections and a drip. Probably something he ate.... So impressed by their speedy reaction time. What a relief!”

They’ve been on the phone to my prescriber on countless occasions when discrepancies with my prescriptions have been identified. They’ve even delivered my medication on occasion when I’ve been unable to get to the pharmacy. All the staff/assistants are polite friendly and very helpful. “People expect to be brief and forget to be polite. Then, when not fawned upon (partly because they are often unwell) they write unkind reviews.Put yourself in the place of those working in boots. A smile, politeness and maybe a kind word, in my experience ALWAYS gets a better response. It maybe an old cliche but "do as you would be done by" is a nicer way to behave.Personally, I have never found staff to be anything but helpful and courteous.”
